In 24 hours, it makes as much as 2,206 pounds of ice with 43-pound production cycles. This unit makes crescent cube ice, ideal for sodas and mixed drinks. A series of beeps with the EverCheck™ alarm system alerts the operator of system issues, while H-Guard Plus antimicrobial agent slows bacteria and microbe growth. Since the evaporator and exterior on this Hoshizaki KM-2200SRJ3 ice machine head are made of stainless steel, they resist corrosion and dents.
