1. Unopened, Unused Product Returns

Products in unopened and unused condition are eligible for return within 60 days of order delivery. These items must retain their original, untampered manufacturer packaging and packing materials, and be in resalable condition. You are responsible for the logistical and financial costs of shipping to and from your location via parcel services and LTL services such as UPS, FedEx, R&L, etc. For orders shipped via a freight company that are still on the original pallet, please contact Supply Shop to coordinate pickup and logistics. Supply Shop can provide return labels for smaller parcels for your convenience, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Opened, Unused Product Returns

Opened, unused products can also be returned within 60 days of order delivery but are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the labor required to restore the product to a resalable condition. Opened items include those with severed or missing manufacturer packaging and straps. You are responsible for the logistical and financial costs of shipping to and from your location via parcel services and LTL services such as UPS, FedEx, R&L, etc. For orders shipped via a freight company that are still on the original pallet, please contact Supply Shop to coordinate pickup and logistics. Supply Shop can provide return labels for your convenience, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products we offer are designated as "Non-Returnable" and are therefore excluded from our standard return policy. Once an order for these special-order items is placed, returns or cancellations are not accepted. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items. For assistance with a non-returnable item, please contact our customer service team.

Return Process:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it for any damages. If the item has concealed damage, you will be notified to file a claim with the carrier. Provided the returned item is in its original packaging condition with no concealed damages, you will receive a refund. You also have the option to receive 100% store credit instead of a refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-3 business days for the inspection of your return and an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank. All equipment shipped via freight must be returned using freight carriers. If you are uncertain about the appropriate return method for your products, please contact us for guidance.

Each item must be accompanied by its assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted by our warehouse.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns associated with our "Free Shipping" offer, the original shipping fees incurred by SupplyShop.Com will be deducted from the refund. For all other orders, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments. In the event of a lost shipment, you must contact us to file a freight claim with the respective carrier. It is recommended that you retain your tracking number after shipping your product.

Handling DOA (Dead On Arrival) Items:

All items sold and shipped by Supply Shop are in new and unused condition. If your item does not work upon installation, please contact the product manufacturer directly for a service call or replacement parts. Supply Shop cannot authorize exchanges for defective items; this must be handled by the product manufacturer.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only if the item has not yet been shipped (special order equipment excluded). Once an item has been shipped, the return policy will apply. Cancellation requests can only be accepted by calling 760-478-7759.
