The Hoshizaki F-1002MRJ ice machine head makes flake ice, which is perfect for displaying seafood and produce. The unit makes 907 pounds of ice daily. An infrared beam is sent into the bin and controls ice production based on the bin level. Every hour, the CleanCycle24™ technology flushes the unit for 2 seconds. R404A refrigerant is used to maintain cold temperatures. Made of stainless steel, the exterior of the Hoshizaki F-1002MRJ ice maker is rust, dent, and scratch resistant.
