The Hoshizaki F-500BAJ undercounter ice maker is ideal for buffets and grocery stores that display produce and seafood. Its soft, flake ice is moldable to form to whatever is being chilled. This unit produces as much as 536 pounds of ice and holds 170 pounds in the storage bin. The ice scoop has H-GUARD Plus, an antimicrobial agent, built in to prevent bacteria growth. The Hoshizaki F-500BAJ undercounter ice maker has a CleanCycle24™ feature where a 2-second flush is performed every hour to remove sediment from the water.
