The refrigeration system of this Hoshizaki PT1A-FS-FS one-section refrigerator is self-contained and mounted on top of the unit to avoid taking in dust and flour particles that collect on the floor. It uses an expansion valve system to push R290 refrigerant through its coils. To conserve cold air inside the cabinet, the doors close automatically.
