Taco 5003-P3 3/4" PEX Union Mixing Valve (Low Lead)
Taco may be renowned for their circulators, but those are not the only pieces of efficient, reliable hydronic mixing equipment that they make. The 5003-P3 is a low head loss brass mixing valve, ideal for a wide range of hydronic heating and domestic hot water applications. An integral thermostatic element monitors and regulates water temperature. The 5003-P3 is capable of handling temperatures up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure potability, and ASSE 1017 certification guarantees that the water will be mixed down to a usable temperature before flowing through your system. The valve features a tamper resistant cap to prevent alterations to the mixing temperature. Dependable temperature mixing for your hydronic system is as easy as adding a 5003-P3.
