The Hoshizaki F-300BAJ flake ice maker can make 353 pounds of ice in 70 degree Fahrenheit ambient temperatures with 50 degree Fahrenheit water and hold 110 pounds of ice in the storage bin. With flake ice, operators can enhance the presentation of seafood and produce. To create cleaner ice, sediment is automatically removed every hour by the CleanCycle24 2-second flush cycle. The self-contained condensing system is air-cooled and uses R-404A refrigerant. The ice scoop included with the Hoshizaki F-300BAJ flake ice maker is made with H-Guard, an antimicrobial agent, to slow bacteria growth.
