Casters (wheels) are standard in each unit and come preinstalled. The unit vents out the back allowing a pristine stainless steel front to show to your customers. This self-contained system requires no drain, plug it in to showcase your pastries and cakes. The digital temperature controller is user-accessible and operates between 32 F to 54 F , perfect for bread, baked goods, dairy, drinks, salads and more.
