PRODUCT INFO
Goodman GSX160181 air conditioner condenser
Energy-Efficient Scroll Compressor- Inside of the Goodman GSX160181 air conditioners you will find compressors designed to provide years of reliable cooling comfort, it provides 16 SEER cooling performance for lower energy bills compared to lower SEER units.
Single-Speed Condenser Fan Motor - With advanced fan design, it provides dependable, quiet airflow across the condensing coil. The Goodman GSX160181 air conditioners simply work the way they're supposed to, making each one a thing of beauty.
Efficient Cooling Capacity - Five millimeter, refrigeration-grade premium copper tubing and aluminum fin condenser coil configuration deliver outstanding heat transfer properties with R-410A, chlorine-free, refrigerant.
Heavy-Gauge, Galvanized Steel Enclosure Cabinet - A louvered cabinet protects the coil, while its appliance-quality, post-paint, baked enamel finish protects your system from outdoor elements.
Factory-Installed In-Line Filter Drier - Protects the refrigerant system from dirt and moisture for longer service life compared to units without filter driers.
Quiet Operation - An acoustically engineered sound control blanket helps reduce noise levels compared to units without sound control blankets.
Goodman CAPF3636A6 Air Conditioner Evaporator Coil
The Goodman CAPF3636A6 Upflow / Downflow Cased Indoor Air Conditioner Evaporator Coil with TXV (Thermal Expansion Valve) Installed is made for use with split-system air conditioners or heating and Evaporator systems. The Goodman Air Conditioning and Heating Company has become one of the largest manufacturers of residential and light commercial air conditioning, heating, and indoor air quality products and systems by focusing on just one thing, building the most reliable and refreshingly affordable indoor comfort products in the market. Goodman CAPF3636A6 Upflow / Downflow Cased Indoor Air Conditioner Evaporator Coil with TXV (Thermal Expansion Valve) Installed lives up to its name in a big way, with time-tested energy-efficient technology, highly-durable materials and spot-on manufacturing. So, no matter where you live or whether your home is small or large, Goodman probably has a solution to help keep your home comfortable.
Aluminum Tube and Aluminum Fin Coil Construction - Provides time-tested and proven heat transfer efficiency designed to resist potential corrosion.
Grooved Aluminum Tubing - Offers increased surface area for efficient heat transfer performance by the unit's refrigerant.
Every Unit Is Helium Pressure - Tested - During assembly to help ensure high levels of product quality. Helium is used, in part, because its molecules are smaller than oxygen. It's just one extra step taken to help ensure a high quality product.
Every All-Aluminum Coil - Receives finished pressure testing and leak sniffing by hound-dog vacuum testing. This is a secondary test every unit receives before it leaves the factory.
Goodman GMEC960403AN Gas Furnace Heater
Aluminized Steel Tubular Primary Heat Exchanger - Distinctive tubular aluminized steel construction formed using wrinkle-bend technology results in an extremely durable heat exchanger. Paired with a stainless-steel secondary heat exchanger, this combination provides reliability, durability and efficiency.
Two-Stage Gas Valve - The Goodman GMEC96 96% AFUE Two Stage, Multi-Speed, Upflow/Horizontal, ComfortNet Compatible Series GMEC960403AN reduces energy needed during moderate demand to deliver outstanding comfort and efficiency as compared to single-stage gas valves.
ComfortNet Communicating System Compatible - Continuously monitors system performance and allows remote control of system as an option.
Self-calibrating modulating gas valve - Auto-configures for each installation.
Durable Silicon Nitride Igniter - Eliminates the need for an energy-wasting pilot light.
Quiet, Two-Stage, Induced-Draft Blower - Provides precise control and enhanced energy-efficient performance as compared to a natural draft furnace.
Efficient and Quiet Variable-Speed ECM Circulator Motor - Provides quiet system startup and shutdown with highly efficient performance.
Self-Diagnostic Control Board - Silently and consistently monitors the gas furnace to ensure the GMEC960403AN furnace components are all working properly and helps to achieve the energy efficient performance too. Also the gas furnace stores the last diagnostic codes in memory; and indicates through a flashing LED for quick troubleshooting of the Goodman GMEC96 96% AFUE Two Stage, Multi-Speed, Upflow/Horizontal, ComfortNet Compatible Series GMEC960403AN gas furnace.
Thermally-Insulated Cabinet - The fully insulated cabinet means air leakage of less than 2% to maximize the heat transfer efficiency and lower blower noise.
Overview for Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV Valve for R410A Refrigerant
The Goodman Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV or thermal expansion valve (often abbreviated as TEV, TXV or TX valve) is a component in refrigeration and air conditioning systems that controls the amount of refrigerant flow into the evaporator thereby controlling the superheating at the outlet of the evaporator. Available in R410A Refrigerant to meet your installation requirements.
This Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner thermostatic expansion valve or TXV is a precision device. It is designed to regulate the rate at which liquid refrigerant flows into the evaporator from the condenser. This controlled flow is necessary to maximize the efficiency of the evaporator while preventing excess liquid refrigerant from returning to the compressor.
As the Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV regulates the rate at which liquid refrigerant flows into the evaporator, it maintains a proper supply of refrigerant by matching this flow rate against how quickly the refrigerant evaporates (boils off) in the evaporator coil. The Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV responds to two variables in order to properly maintain efficiency. The temperature of the refrigerant vapor as it leaves the evaporator and the pressure in the evaporator itself. The Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV does this by using a movable valve pin against the spring pressure to precisely control the flow of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator.
By performing these actions the Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV can maintain the required pressure for the SEER Rating as dictated by your system. This Goodman TXV-30 Air Conditioner TXV is a field installed accessory.
