The Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJ cube ice machine head can produce 1,400 pounds of crescent-shaped ice, functionally comparable to half-cube ice, in 24 hours. It makes the same amount of ice in half the time of most other units with the CycleSaver™ design. If there is an issue within the system, the EverCheck™ alert system delivers a series of beeps that identify the malfunction to the operator. To keep heat and noise outside and away from customer-facing areas, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJ crescent cube ice machine head is remote air-cooled. The unit will not function without a URC-14F condenser, which must be purchased separately.
